We acquire Commercial Real Estate & Investments that range from $2,500,000 to $160,000,000 as follows:

  • Non performing, developed commercial real estate, defaulted notes and business assets from banks, non-bank commercial lenders, family offices, investors, and private investment funds
  • Land acquisitions suitable for commercial, retail and residential real estate development
  • Performing Accounts Receivable portfolios from factoring companies and banks divesting A/R portfolios

 

In addition to our private lending activities, we actively finance and develop commercial real estate assets, bank special assets, and business assets. We act as principals for our own account in these areas and have no outside investors in our company. This gives us the ability to act quickly on time sensitive financing or acquisition & development opportunities, without unnecessary delays or cumbersome committees.
